Sickies. YUCK!

We've had the sickies in our house this week.  But, I think we're on the mend.  I was able to get a little crafting done even with a sick kiddo.  I was working on making some fabric coasters. 

I got the idea at the The Creative Place.  I tweaked the pattern a little bit because I wanted them a little bigger.  I am just beginning at sewining, so it was a good small project for me to work on things like, umm, I don't know, sewing straight lines lol!  I was very happy with the first set, so I am working on making several more sets. 

The finished project.  Very easy, very cute, and very cheap.  I'll keep them on hand for when I need an emergency gift.  Or maybe I'll have a booth at the craft fair?  Put my crafting to some good use and make some money instead fo always spending it.  Have a good weekend and remember: Spring is coming soon!
